Till Spillmann, Partner
Dr. Till Spillmann is co-founder of Argon Management. Prior to launching Argon Management, Till has led investments across a variety of industries and situations, as founder and chairman of Actium AG. Till acted almost 20 years as a transaction lawyer and partner for the Swiss tier-1 law firms Niederer Kraft Frey and Bär & Karrer and led well over 100 private and public M&A, capital markets and structured financing transactions. Till started his career at McKinsey & Company and Julius Bär and graduated as Doctor of Law from the University of Zurich.

Alexander Fredi Fischer, Partner
Fredi Fischer is co-founder of Argon Management. Prior to launching Argon Management, Fredi spent several years developing the special situations practice at Partners Group. Fredi is an accomplished investment professional, with experience in equity, debt, turnaround and activist investments across public and private markets, from Partners Group and Cevian Capital. He has investment experience across consumer, services, industrials and financials across Europe and USA. Fredi started his career at Rothschild & Co and graduated as MSc in Chemical and Bioengineering from ETH Zurich and MSc Finance from Imperial College London.

Sacha Schroff, Partner
Sacha Schroff is co-founder of Argon Management. Prior to co-founding Argon Management, Sacha spent several years working in the private equity and special situations practices at Partners Group. Sacha is an accomplished investment professional with experience in equity, debt, infrastructure and turnaround investments. He has investment experience in consumer, industrials, services and financials across Europe and USA. Sacha furthermore led European graduate programs at Partners Group. Previously he worked at SwissLife Asset Managers and Credit Suisse. Sacha graduated as Master in Accounting and Finance from the University of St. Gallen.
